Summer Yoga at Killeen Crossroads Farm

Spend an easeful morning at Killeen Crossroads farm with Farmer and Yoga teacher Marissa! Yoga at Killeen Crossroads is an all levels, moderately paced 1-hour yoga practice intended to help you enjoy movement and connect to your breath. Class will take place on the farms lawn, and will be followed by herbal iced tea grown right on the farm!

Students attending class should wear comfortable clothes, bring water, and a yoga mat (let us know if you need to borrow). Class will be held outside, so please dress accordingly and wear sun protection! 

Yoga mat (let us know if you need one!), a mug for tea, sunblock/sun protection, comfortable clothes, water bottle.
